NO REFUND/EXCHANGES: Due to the nature of my items, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. If a product arrives defective, please send me a high quality photo of the item within 24 hours of arrival and it will be replaced for the same item or another of equal value.
-I only replace items if they are defective. If you wish to exchange your item for the same item because you believe it is defective, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a high quality photo of your item within 24 hours of receiving your jewelry.
-Once I deem your item defective via your photo you must ship the item to our mailing address which I will provide through e-mail with you.
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
-Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once decided, I will gladly provide an exchange for an item of same value that is in stock.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items (if applicable)
-Only defective regular priced items may be replaced, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS: Please message me at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time if you must cancel or reschedule - my time is valuable. Also, if you are arriving late to our scheduled appointment, it is not guaranteed I will still be here for pickup.
